{"id":380,"date":"2019-07-21T20:44:10","date_gmt":"2019-07-21T18:44:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/artsinhealthfoundation.org\/web\/?page_id=380"},"modified":"2022-01-23T13:27:36","modified_gmt":"2022-01-23T11:27:36","slug":"what-we-do","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/artsinhealthfoundation.org\/web\/what-we-do\/","title":{"rendered":"What we do"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The IAiHF has 3 main lines of action<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>advocACY and LOBBY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Establish Arts in Health as an innovative strategy to generate specific health and wellbeing outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lobby the public policy-makers the relevance of Arts in Health in the definition of policies and the design of health services<\/li>\n<li>Encourage intersectoral partnerships, public, private and with the third sector, to promote the definition, implementation and \/ or evaluation of health arts programs, both locally and globally<\/li>\n<li>Generate knowledge regarding the potential of the interaction between the arts and health sectors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a constant dialogue with patient associations, professional bodies,\u00a0 social agents, interest groups, and other relevant stakeholders to Arts in Health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>EVIDENCE AND QUALITY<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Promote scientific evidence, quality and methodological rigor in the Arts in Health<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote robust methodological criteria to facilitate the development of projects and interventions of Arts in Health under the principles of scientific rigor, impact, and evaluability.<\/li>\n<li>Develop quality standards for institutions involved in Arts in Health (certification and accreditation systems).<\/li>\n<li>Promote research in Arts in Health to develop academic and research projects to contribute to expand the clinical evidence<\/li>\n<li>Build alliances to create undergraduate, postgraduate, continuing education and professional training offers inArts in Health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>PROJECTS AND IMPACT<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Promote the execution of top-quality arts in health projects and interventions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation of an international best practices bank to encourage the exchange of experiences<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of an international award to recognize the best initiatives in Arts in Health.<\/li>\n<li>Advice on the design and management of Arts in health programs<\/li>\n<li>Support in fundraising for Arts in Health projects<\/li>\n<li>Support in grant-writing: application, management, and justification of European and competitive projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><!-- Begin Mailchimp Signup Form --><\/p>\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t#mc_embed_signup{background:#fff;
